RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days on non sale items, unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging. All items must be returned to us in the same conditioned they were received.
No refund or returns are offered after 30 days of purchase.
No refund or exchanges are permitted on perishable items, including frozen meat, pies and dried meat, gift cards, health and personal care items, including all sanitary and intimate items.

We replace defective and damaged items. In case of a damaged goods exchange, please contact us at info@africanbreese.com and send your item to: 3654 West 4th Ave Vancouver BC Canada V6R 1P1.

Gifts, marked as such at time of shipping can be exchanged for gift credit to the value of the original returned item.
We require proof of purchase on all eligible returns. Please note that return times may vary based on location.
Partial refunds may be granted on books, DVD's and CD's depending on the condition.

All returns are sent to African Breese and not the manufacturer.
Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified via e-mail that we have received your item and if a refund will be granted or not.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
If you do not receive your payment within the specified timeframe, please check with your financial institution before contacting us at info@africanbreese.com as it might take time to show up on your records.
